From starting and dropping out of college 3x, Jacob is a prime example of what can be achieved through hard work, tenacity, determination, and a refusal to take no for an answer. If he doesn’t know how to do something - he figures it out. And that attitude is what makes him a dynamo in the business world. 

Less an interview and more a conversation between two friends who have walked down similar paths, Matt and Jacob share some insights into their own journeys. They talk marriage, being wrong, the struggles that high-performing individuals sometimes face, having thick skin, maintaining a mindset of success, finding balance, and what gives them the confidence to bet on themselves.
