Ep 47: John Jonas - How to Find, Hire, and Manage Filipino Virtual Workers

Season #1 Episode #47

To make a living as a full-time worker, John seldom works full-time. Instead, he manages a team of Filipino virtual assistants that support him in running his business and help him make millions of dollars online. He's on the show today to help other entrepreneurs do the same.

John Jonas is the founder of OnlineJobs.ph, a job board for finding virtual workers in the Philippines. After college, he worked for eight months in a regular job, and his main goal at the time was to be able to leave that position. John quit his job in 2004 and has been working from home since then. His life has significantly improved because of his Filipino VAs.

In this episode of The Liquid Lunch Project, John discusses with Matthew and Luigi why you might consider hiring virtual help from the Philippines. He highlights the characteristics of the Filipino people that make them such a wonderful set of individuals to work with. If you've tried outsourcing before and had little luck, give it another go. John's teachings will certainly impact the way you think about operating your business, outsourcing, and the level of success you may achieve.
